I love going to the zoo. My favorite animals to see are the elephants. They are just so big and last summer we went to the zoo and the elephants were getting a bath from the zookeepers. I also love seeing the lions/tigers etc. They are just so cool to see up close, well not too close :)

We dont have much planned this summer because we are moving into our new house the end of July. My daughters are going with my mom to New Jersey in the beginning of July for a few days. I haven't had both my daughters away at the same time from me for longer than a night so this should be interesting. LOL Other than that our summer will consist of packing, swimming (at my moms) and just relaxing.

May has been an exciting time for us as a family. We are getting our house built and this month they have made so much progress. We probably have close to 50 pictures of the construction. When May started we had a foundation but now they are almost finished with the second level and by next week we should have all three levels. Words cannot express my excitement about how it is coming along.

Some of the things we do to help the earth is recycle, we also try to not use the car as much as possible. There are so many places that are in walking distance and it is so much more healthier for us to walk too, not to mention for the atmosphere too. I want to get some of the cloth shopping bags too so that we aren't using so much plastic.

One thing I haven't been able to give up during these tough times are scrap supplies. I went through months of not buying stuff but lately I have been a purchasing stuff like crazy. Over the past few weeks I have bought so much stuff but have not used all of it yet and probably wont for a while. I know I don't have to have everything that goes in every store but sometimes it feels like it.

1. The Hills- Love this show.. Not only have I seen every show but I watch the reruns a few times

2. Laguna Beach- I watched the original season with LC and Lo and also the newer one with the different people on it

3. Desperate Housewives- LOVE this show.. I hope it never goes off the air

4. American Idol- I have watched every season since the first. I may miss an episode here and there but I
have pretty much seen every episode.

5. Friends- I was so sad when friends went off the air. What a great show

FOBTY -Girl Scout Cookies

Mmmmmm I love girl scout cookies. I wish they sold them in the grocery store so you didn't have to wait until the girls are selling them.

My favorite are the Carmel Delights or Samoas as some call them. I could probably eat a whole box at once and probably have in the past but I'm not admitting to it. I love the crunchy coconut mixed with the carmel and chocolate. I ordered 5 boxes of cookies in January and they were gone probably by the middle of February.
